My goal is to charge you what it costs us to ship,
and no more.
The Help for the Computer Shy Store uses automatic shipping algorithms
to try to apply the right shipping costs to your order -- and it's pretty accurate,
95% of the time. But whenever those algorithms charge a reader more than was
needed, or whenever we spot a shipping efficiency that the computer missed,
the excess gets refunded to you when we process your order, GUARANTEED.
Shipping can be expensive enough as it is -- and nothing
gets me madder than when an online store
tries to make their shipping fees a profit center. It stinks! And as
an Internet consumer myself, that's the last thing I want to do.
