If you receive your Help for the Computer Shy
order, and aren't satisfied with it,
you can return it for a full refund on
your purchase price and your original shipping costs.
All we ask that you pay to ship the
order back to us within 30 days of your original order date (no time limit for schools, libraies, and adult education centers), and that the
item itself is still in saleable condition
(i.e., that your dog hasn't gnawed on the corners)...but that's it!
